Title: Janitorial Floor Care Worker
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00/hr (Pay will depend on level of experience)
Hours and Days: Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Location: Charleston, SC (Historic Downtown - parking FREE after 6 PM)
Lifting Restrictions: Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Could require heavy lifting at times during the shift.
Experience Preferred: At least 1 year of janitorial or maintenance experience required to be considered for this position
Position Responsibilities: Include any or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned the by Supervisor.
- Knowledge of operating a propane buffer, super stripper, low speed, electric buffer carpet extractor, and automatic scrubber a PLUS but not required.
- Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
- Operates various types of equipment and machinery, which include wet vacuums, hand trucks, vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, floor buffers, automatic scrubbers, etc.
