Janitor (Part-Time) Hanover, Md

Part-Time Janitor needed Monday- Friday starting time at 3:00pm.

Must be 25 years or older and able to pass a criminal background check.

You will be required to have access to transportation as you will be required to clean two location within the 2 hours.

General Duties Below:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures and replenish supplies
- Perform routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and report any maintenance issues
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required

```Experience```
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing is desirable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
