Part Time Day Shift Cleaner/Janitor

This position is for a Day Shift clean on Tuesday and Friday providing janitorial service to an enclosed condo development. Each day is approximately 2 hours of work. Must be able to start work between 9am - 12pm to complete all work by 3pm. You must be able to have the ability to come in every other Wednesday for less than 1hr to bring recycling bins to the curb of buildings.

All equipment and chemicals are provided. This is a 1099 position.

*Must be able to speak English and be professional as you will work around clients.

Duties
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
-Police grounds removing any trash
-Replace Light Fixtures
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow established safety procedures and protocols

Experience
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Familiarity with floor care techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
