The 1st shift janitor will provide cleaning service throughout the facility, concentrating on high use areas such as trash at all workstations through the building, bathrooms, break room, etc. Sweeping throughout, mopping bathrooms, and breakroom, cleaning breakroom tables, counter tops, stove and microwaves. Replenishment of paper towels in dispensers, and soap in all dispensers, etc. Requesting supplies as they are used to a minimum.
Janitor Qualifications
Pay Range:
$19.49 - $30.62
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

Janitor Qualifications
- Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies
- Ability to read and interpret written information; ability to write clear statements; ability to communicate orally
- Must be able to do physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments
- Ability to follow directions from a supervisor
- Clean/Sanitize areas within the Warehouse
- Sweep/Mop/Dust/Vacuum all areas
- Clean restrooms/lunchroom twice daily
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team
- Good verbal communication skills, report problem in areas worked for corrective action
- Dependable
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain composure in difficult situations
- Attendance is an essential function of this job
- Works well with others
- Ability to work at a high level with minimal supervision
- Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm 40 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $ 19/hr
