Responsibilities:

• Performs advanced and specialized facilities maintenance and repair activities including installing and maintaining plumbing, replacing stools, urinals, sinks, faucets, and pipes, replacing floor and ceiling tiles. 
• Maintains heating and air conditioning systems to ensure units are running properly. 
• Maintenance and repairs to office equipment and furniture, maintains adequate lighting structures. 
• Performs a variety of duties to support facility operations, removing snow, ice, and debris.

Qualifications:  

• Two years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of this position. 
• Knowledge of general sanitation, environmental safety and maintenance techniques, preventive repair and maintenance practices. 
• Skilled in maintaining and repairing facilities, structures, and equipment. 
• A valid Kansas driver's license is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. 

Education: 

• High school diploma or GED
