Leidos is in search of a J3 Task Flow Manager at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. Candidates must possess a current TS/SCI in order to be considered.
Primary Responsibilities
This challenging and high-tempo position requires the candidate to perform a variety of complex and senior executive level administrative duties with minimal supervision. The candidate must be able to discern applicability of all tasks to/from their customers and should be prepared to act on their customer’s behalf regarding suspense of tasks from higher headquarters. The candidate may be required to staff actions such using the AF FORM 1768, Electronic Staff Summary Sheet (E-SSS) for their customers. The candidate must be proficient in proofing all correspondence from the Operations Directorate to subordinate organizations and strict adherence to customer requirements and attention-to-detail are critical requirements for this position. The candidate will be required to collaborate with other directorates within 16AF Headquarters to ensure quality and timeliness of tasks are complete. The candidate is expected to be proficient in all aspects of the Microsoft Suite across three different systems (NIPR, SIPR and JWICS) and will leverage Microsoft Outlook as a means to execute tasks. The candidate will leverage network and resources to accomplish objectives effectively, participate in or lead team initiatives, as needed, and take initiative to improve operations and office best practices within established guidelines.
Basic Qualifications:
A current TS/SCI security clearance.
Bachelors Degree (preferably in Business or similar discipline) and 10 + years of specialized administrative support experience (4 years of which are in an increasingly responsible nature at a senior level as an Executive Assistant, Executive Officer or Commander’s Action Group (CAG). Additional experience may be substituted for a degree
Must have experience working with/for General Officers, their Civilian equivalents and subordinate Field Grade Officers/Civilians
Experience with computer software, including the Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint
Must possess excellent communications skills to critically review, independently edit, format and synthesize various types of input (verbal, notes, emails, drafts) into a cohesive document or correspondence in accordance with the Air Force Tongue and Quill and other format policies, including military technical documents such as point papers, policies, and messages
Experience creating, facilitating and controlling Task Flow processes of confidential and sensitive information
Excellent written and oral skills are critical components of this position
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with the US Air Force, consulting in a Dept. of Defense environment and/or the Intelligence Community

Pay Range:Pay Range $65,000.00 - $117,500.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
