A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC MANAGER

As our new HVAC Manager, you take over managing the HVAC department so that our other manager can focus exclusively on the plumbing department. Using your professional knowledge, you support HVAC technicians in the field with diagnosing issues and ensuring quality installations. You cultivate an open, honest, and team-oriented work culture. Always approachable, you answer questions cheerfully and with the goal of helping everyone succeed.

You are always looking for ways to improve customer satisfaction. The trust that you develop with our clients keeps them coming back. While you do spend time out in the field to solve issues, offer support, and participate in an occasional ride-along with HVAC technicians, you are also organized and keep on top of all your administrative duties such as ensuring that work orders are closed correctly. You get great satisfaction out of fueling our continued success!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC MANAGER

• Experience as an HVAC technician
• Experience as an HVAC Installer
• Experience in residential & commercial
• Leadership ability

Refrigeration experience would be a plus!
