Job description
MUST BE VERY PROFICIENT IN IV PLACEMENT
We need an enthusiastic and upbeat Registered Nurse to help us promote and deliver intravenous vitamin therapies to support our client’s healthy lifestyles. Our clients are interested in anti-aging, health support, improving energy and mental sharpness. They are not waiting to get sick; they are working to stay well. We also support many clients battling through chronic illnesses such as cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic fatigue, Lyme disease, autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases, cognitive impairment, and other challenging conditions that are only partially addressed by conventional medicine.
The right candidate will be outgoing, positive, and have a philosophy supportive of the complementary, client centered healthcare that we deliver. In exchange you will have an exciting and rewarding career full of happy clients and a supportive staff.
The IV specialist will assess a client's health, as well as detect changes in symptoms, or pain, and will need to know when action is necessary. They will be empathetic to a customer's needs and be able to interact with people in various emotional states. This is a spa environment, and job candidates must be willing to pamper and cater to our clients needs to ensure their ultimate comfort.
Our Infusion specialists administer IV vitamin infusions and work with specific protocols, so attention to detail is crucial. Our infusion specialist will face multiple patients, with differing needs and stages of health. Being organized and knowing how to prioritize is a must. Knowledge of micronutrients and how they work synergistically to help the body, is preferred so that our clients can be guided on appropriate therapies.
You will be communicating directly with patients who may have a lot of questions. You will need to be a patient listener and good communicator, have a passion for learning more about preventative/proactive approaches to health and willingness to share your knowledge with your patients.
Educating and coaching are required for this position, to ensure that our clients receive the most appropriate micronutrient treatments to reach their health goals.
Base pay is $33-37/hour, depending upon licensure and years of experience. In addition to base pay there are sales commission and tips that you will receive, depending upon your job performance. Health insurance is also possibly available. We also provide free IVs once a month.
Location is currently at 1360 N Louisiana Street, Kennewick, WA. Construction to be completed in mid-April with opening date scheduled for early May, 2024.
