The IT Support Technician Level I and II provides timely technical solutions remotely and on-site. IT Support Technician Level I and II identify issues, formulate probable causes, and applies solutions. This position adds real value to the company by focusing on user issues, documenting tickets, communicating status updates, and contributing to the team. Travel would be within general business hours and is common, but when not onsite, this position reports to an administrative office in Chico. We provide a fleet of company vehicles for site visits as well as all tools necessary for the job. This is a full-time, in-office, hourly position with the expectation that work will be completed during general business hours. After hours and weekend work is rare and typically on an optional basis.
Essential Functions:Level I
· Conduct network diagnostics to identify and resolve connectivity issues.
· Administer Webroot antivirus solutions.
· Troubleshoot and resolve email issues.
· Deploy and support medical equipment, including OCT, VSF, IOL, etc.
· Oversee and manage the Asset Panda system for tracking IT assets.
· Manage the migration of old patient data as required.
· Properly decommission and dispose of outdated PCs.
· Manage Tablets, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Essential Functions:Level II
· Serve as the escalation point for Level 1 technicians, providing guidance and solutions.
· Assist in the deployment of IT infrastructure in new clinic and administrative locations.
· Manage and deploy PrintIX solutions for efficient printing.
· Manage the provisioning of PCs, including setup and configuration.
· Ensure NAS backups are verified and kept up to date.
· Manage Intune and Azure AD for device and user management.
· Assist in migration projects and ensure servers are regularly updated.
Auxiliary Functions:
· Level 1 and 2 Tickets:
Handle tickets related to printer/scanner issues, password resets, equipment transfers, new user setups, terminated user removals, SaaS application problems, computer performance issues, updates and upgrades, phones, and medical equipment.
· Projects:
Contribute to various IT projects, including launching new applications, implementing enterprise technologies, setting up new clinics and administrative locations, deploying new medical technologies, and creating/maintaining documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelors or Associates Degree in Related Field or 1 Year of Related Experience: Required
· Lift 50 pounds Consistently: Required
· Valid California Driver’s License: Required
· General Mechanical and General Handy-Man Tasks (Wall-Mounting, Drilling Holes, etc.): Preferred
· Microsoft Certifications: Preferred
· CompTIA Certifications: Preferred
Physical Requirements/Typical Working Conditions
Environment: Primarily a temperature-controlled facility.
Work will require prolonged standing and walking for up to 4 hours at a time.
Work requires repeated bending, stooping, and stretching.
Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate dollies, hand trucks, carts, a keyboard, mouse, and standard office equipment.
Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to communicate in person, by phone, or over video.
Requires occasional lifting of equipment or boxes up to 30 pounds.
Position requires travel by company provided car.
Essential Physical Tasks
Sight – sufficient to read physical documents, and images on a computer monitor.
Smell – sufficient to discern smoke/something burning, and other odors.
Hear – sufficient to hold face to face/telephone/video call conversations, and to discern other ambient noises.
Touch – sufficient to operate keyboard, mouse, other standard office equipment, and writing implements.
Physical ability/strength – sufficient to lift, twist, turn, reach, climb, kneel, squat, sit, walk, stand, bend as needed throughout a standard shift.
