DataTek is looking for an IT Support Technician - Level I to provide full IT support for our customers while providing high-quality customer service. The IT Support Technician - Level I will be responsible for troubleshooting, identifying, and investigating technical issues while providing resolutions to user questions and problems. The IT Support Technician - Level I will need to diagnose issues and provide solutions for our clients while building strong relationships and helping to retain our customers. The ideal IT Support Technician - Level I candidate is someone who is looking to advance their career in IT and is proficient in both their technical and customer support abilities so we can provide a great customer experience.

IT Support Technician - Level I Duties & Responsibilities- Provide a superior customer experience by communicating in a positive, friendly, and empathetic manner
- Possess the technical expertise required to effectively communicate and troubleshoot product issues
- Identify, investigate, and provide solutions to client questions and concerns
- Make follow-up calls to customers as needed
- Listen attentively to customer needs and maximize the opportunity to build strong customer relationships
- 1-3 years of technical support experience
- In-office position
- Must be located in the East Valley and able to travel within that area
- Must have a reliable method of transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
