SUMMARY
Functions as an intermediary for user support, troubleshoots, and addresses IT hardware and software issues, provisions user and desktop request, keeps track of user inquiries and resolutions in a ticketing system, revises IT documentation, and refers complex issues to vendors or elevated IT team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Phone queue & remote user support
- On-Site branch support & troubleshooting
- Intermediate Windows OS desktop provisioning, support & troubleshooting
- Intermediate branch & office equipment provisioning, support & troubleshooting
- Intermediate hardware & software support & troubleshooting
- Inventory control
- IT documentation
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCEandQUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
- At least 2 years of IT technical support experience is required.
- Possess a valid California driver's license with a good driving record is required.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays occasionally.
- A+, Network+ Certification or any relevant certification in information technology, is preferred.
- College Degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or engineering, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
- Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 Office Suite, is preferred.
- At least 1 year experience supporting Windows Operating Systems and/or Active Directory, is preferred.
- At least 1 year experience supporting iOS Mobile Support, is preferred.
