Self-starter that takes initiative while being a value-add team player. Industrious and creative troubleshooter who seizes opportunities to come up to speed with technologies that will add value to customers and STG.

The frequency of duties, percent of the time, and work may vary on department and assignments. The starting salary range for this role is $66,560--$68,000.
Duties and Responsibilities
Remotely Work/Update assigned support tickets
Remotely Work/Update assigned project tasks
Perform onsite visits for customers schedule visits, support tickets, and project tasks
Review client equipment needs and suggest procurement (quote) and order
Act as escalation and primary tech for specified clients
Troubleshoot/Resolve Backups issues
Review Client Backup setups for growth and efficiency
Administrative
Review older tickets in queue for next steps (i.e. update for client schedule/approval, escalate, close)
Quarterly Business Reviews of client inventory and user and security audit
Required Technical Qualifications:
Workstations:
Install/reinstall Windows
Configure security options/firewalls
Set up Windows profiles
Install/troubleshoot Outlook (MAPI, POP/SMTP, IMAP)
Setup/troubleshoot Smart Phone and Tablets
Install and manage monitoring agents (Connectwise)
Perform remote and onsite support
Diagnose network/performance problems
Install and use antivirus/antispam/adware/malware software
Setup and test backup and recovery
Diagnose and recover from a PC failure (memory, CPU, storage)
Update patches and releases
Troubleshoot software-based issues
Mac setup and troubleshooting
Printer and scanning setup and troubleshooting
Servers:
Escalation for managing/troubleshooting all backup solutions
Networks:
Troubleshoot Wireless issues
Troubleshoot IP and DNS issues (local and public)
Troubleshoot and VPN configuration
Cloud Services management and troubleshooting:
Office365 services
Appriver SPAM
Datto Workplace
