Senior Helpdesk Technician

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional technical support to end-users, resolving Level 1, 2, and 3 issues promptly and efficiently.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications and Intune, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
Identify and resolve hardware and software issues, employing a proactive approach to prevent future complications.
Engage with end-users professionally and courteously, delivering superior customer service with a focus on user satisfaction.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Senior Helpdesk Technician role with at lease 2-3 years overall Helpdesk experience.
Profound understanding of Level 1 and 2 support, coupled with expertise in O365 and Intune administration.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues independently and collaboratively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent are a plus.
