TEKsystems is hiring in Tulsa!

Our client based in the energy industry is looking for a skilled Service Desk technician to join their team at their Downtown Tulsa office.

This position will be providing phone and email support to end users across an enterprise-level company and associated networks.

Desired Skills:

  • 3-6 years of IT support experience working through a ticketing system - must have experience providing one-call solutions for end users
  • Familiar resolving issues remotely within a Windows 7/10/11 environment, including the support of O365 applications such at Teams and OneNote, additional department-specific applicaitons
  • Excellent customer service and attention to detail; strong documentation skills with ServiceNow or similar experience
  • Ability to complete upwards of 20 tickets per day as workload requires
  • Experience with tier 2 and 3 issues such as light netwrok troubleshooting, OS issues, and application customizations

This role operates on a standard Monday-Friday schedule, 8 hour shifts bewtween the hours of 7am and 6pm. This role may also require some on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis. After roughly 4-6 weeks of training, this position will mainly be remote/work from home aside from occasional team-meetings on site in Tulsa.
