Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks and equipment
- Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Assist with software installations and updates
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Experience with Jira or other ticketing systems
- Familiarity with Office applications
