• Perform daily troubleshooting and proactive services for end users using primarily Microsoft Technologies and Apple MacOS.
• Provide ongoing support and expertise to residents and coworkers.
• Manage and execute audio visual needs for all events at the community
• Ensure timely response for services provided
• Set up hardware
• Maintain hardware and peripheral devices and recommend repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
• Troubleshoot system and equipment failures and provides solutions to restore functionality.
• Offer timely and compassionate technical support and teaches users how to utilize computers correctly.
• Maintain certifications or training and learn new and emerging technologies to better deliver services to our users.
• Participate in ongoing in-service education and trainings
• Attend meetings as requested
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical College or equivalent; Associate degree or higher in Information Technology, preferred
• Possesses or working toward core certifications in Microsoft disciplines as in but not limited to Apple iOS, Apple MacOS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Administrator, Solution Architect or Security Engineer. Other industry certifications and experienced are also considered.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in and compassion for older adults.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist residents and coworkers.
