We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as an IT Support Specialist for Network & Security!
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Troubleshooting of complex issues across multiple platforms and teams
- Identify issues impacting the network and/or act as an escalation point to investigate, expedite and resolve network issues and business impacting problems
- Participate in ad-hoc projects with other teams for network integrations and launch of new services
- Document networks, issues and resolutions
