Job Description
A NYS licensed Home Health Care Agency serving the 5 Boroughs in NYC and its sister companies are currently hiring bilingual (Chinese English) IT Support Specialist and or IT Administrator to meet the needs of their business' growth and Offices expansions.
```Duties```
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
- Set up and manage user accounts and permissions
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution of IT-related problems
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT solutions
- Document technical processes and procedures
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, LAN/WAN technologies, DNS, and computer networking principles
- Experience with ticketing systems for incident management
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on both Windows and Mac OS platforms
- Experience with Jira or other project management tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
