Our client, a trusted leader in providing exceptional Hospice care, is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Albertville, AL for a direct-hire opportunity to support a dedicated team of RNs and HCAs. In this role, the IT Support Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Working effectively with team members is a top priority.
- Responsible for resolving SIM card issues, data upgrades, and activating/deactivating cell phones.
- Efficient management of Mifi devices through the portal.
- Setup and distribution of iPads, Androids, and iPad Pros.
- Creation of Apple IDs and consistent password management for users.
- Possible involvement in equipment turnover to the Staff Development Coordinator.
- Portal-based management of Webex phones.
- Handling phone time rolls, changing names, setting up new phones, and troubleshooting issues.
- Addressing user-related copier issues, such as paper problems and badge-card associations.
- Coordinating with external support when needed.
- Assisting in the setup of laptops and docking stations.
- Ensuring the seamless delivery and setup of equipment for end-users.
- Exploring the possibility of this role as either part-time or full-time (40 hours per week).

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to change passwords and reset desktop, email, and cloud-based EMR passwords.
- Proficiency in handling Verizon devices and Mifi devices.
- Experience in setting up and managing tablets, iPads, Androids, and iPad Pros.
