Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients. Grow your skillset and accomplish your goals!
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software, VOIP systems, networks, hybrid and cloud environments.
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or remote assist software.
- Recommend hardware and software improvements, and train on best practices.
- Work via ticketing system with escalation, reporting to service manager.
- After-hour rotation for on-call support.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals are not required but is a plus and we will assist with getting these certifications.
- Be able to work in environment, rarely assistance is needed for structured cabling, terminating, lift 40lbs
- High level of organization, documentation, and note taking ability.
