This role will collaborate with various internal and external partners to ensure customer requirements flow through systems seamlessly, monitor open customer issues and drive rapid resolutions where needed.
- Ensures all Price Case Management (PCM) and Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) case
tasks are accurately and effectively completed in a timely manner. - Owns the complete lifecycle through effective management and auditing of all Pricing and
Contract cases, while also ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and timely. - Works collaboratively with the Clients, Customer Onboarding Team, Pricing Team, Contracts
Team and Sales Team to ensure timely and accurate execution of pricing and contracts are
achieved. - Serves as a subject matter expert for USS products, services, and the overall PCM and CLM
workflows. - Effectively manages both PCM and CLM workflows to identify and prioritize necessary next steps.
- Provides stakeholders with regular project updates.
- Collects, tracks, and analyzes data on PCM and CLM cases to drive process adoption.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Strong PC proficiency
- Previous working experience with Microsoft Office, CRM, Navision, Salesforce and CPQ preferred
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with various teams and stakeholders
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn and navigate complex systems
- Ability to quickly learn USS products, services, systems, and processes
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to use sound judgment and challenge assumptions when
appropriate - Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills
