It Support Professional - Tier 2 - Hybrid / Work From Home

We are seeking an Tier 2IT Support Professional to join our team! You will collaborate with our team and clients to resolve IT-related issues for our B2B clients.

Note: You must be located in the Baton Rouge region, as some work will be required now and then in our clients offices.

• Resolve issues for clients remotely (90%) and as necessary in-person (10%).

Minimum qualifications:

• Previous demonstrated experience in IT customer service or helpdesk roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Strong cloud and desktop support background.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365, Sharepoint and other cloud technologies
• Demonstrated experience with networking, Windows servers and Microsoft Azure preferred.
• Four years experience and/or a college/technical school degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Past employment experience working with an MSP preferred.
• Exceptional and demonstrable verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Unwavering ability to follow instructions and adhere to policies.
• A valid driver's license and your own reliable, insured transportation.
