Job Description
Bacheler Technologies is looking for a friendly, thorough, dedicated individual to fill the role of IT Support Dispatcher. This person will be responsible for creating tickets from phone calls, properly establishing the priority of issues, and coordinating tickets across queues. This job will require the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive demeanor and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in IT is not required. Experience in call-center, administrative assistant, or customer service settings preferred.

Schedule:
M-F 8am-5pm, 1 hour lunch 12pm-1pm
Potential for 1 remote day/week (performance based)
