Description
Be part of IT Support for a recent healthcare merger. One of the first initiatives is to streamline two major health systems. The team is kicking off their Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) after the new year, starting in February.
This is a short-term contract set for 15 weeks. Mileage will be reimbursed when traveling between locations to include hospitals and ambulatory sites.
The home base location will be Southfield, MI. You will be expected to report on various shifts/sites to include nights and Saturdays.
Essential Functions
- Work with customers to install, replace, repair, and support of client technology, medical equipment and their systems.
- Develop knowledge about the systems used.
- Troubleshoot and document technology requirements and workflows, while ensuring alignment with Information Services (IS) architectural standards.
- Serve as primary point of contact for problem identification, and help drive issue resolution.
- Perform event correlation/log analysis, failure analysis/reporting and root cause analysis.
- Participate end-user training.
- Test new client technology solutions, medical equipment, and provide constructive feedback throughout the project.
Job Summary
- Under minimal supervision, communicates and works together with customers to configure, install, preventatively maintain, improve and troubleshoot client technologies, medical equipment, their systems.
- Integrate and optimize end-user experiences.
- As the point of contact for problem coordination and resolution, you will demonstrate customer service skills, empathy and urgency. Serves as resource on

Schedule
- The standard work hours will be 8am - 5pm EST.
- Workweek will range between Monday and Saturday.
- 15 week-project, 3.5 Months.
- Start Date February 26, 2024.
