Experience Preferred:
- · Windows 10 & 11 Desktop, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, Active Directory basics
- · Microsoft Office 2016, M365
- · Understand Client/Server applications, desktop maintenance.

Position Requirements:
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Analyst specializing in administrative systems to manage critical tasks such as maintaining form template, updating Active Directory, developing technical training documents, and some light user support. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Form Templates Management:
- Design, update, and manage form templates using relevant software tools.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand form requirements and ensure templates meet business needs.
- Implement version control and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Active Directory Management:
- Regularly update and maintain user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of information within the Active Directory environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user access and permissions.
- Technical Training Documentation:
- Develop comprehensive technical training documents and manuals for end-users.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure training materials align with organizational needs.
- Keep training materials up-to-date with the latest software and system updates.
- System Integration:
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate administrative systems with other enterprise applications.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within administrative workflows.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support to end-users for administrative systems and tools.
- Conduct training sessions to educate users on system functionalities and best practices.
Supervisory Responsibility: Minimal
