The Department of Technology Services is seeking a collaborative professional with the technical aptitude for computer programming and agency support. As a member of the Applications & Programming Division you’ll be part of a team dedicated to helping county and partner agencies achieve their goals through automation and technology. Typical activities include development, enhancement, and support of computer applications and data solutions. The ideal candidate understands programming languages and web technologies, possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is familiar with good data design, works with attention to detail, and is team oriented.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 2. Two years computer programming experience in VB.Net, web applications and other programming languages 3. One year experience in system analysis 4. Six months experience in database management 5. Requires a criminal background check as condition of employment A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications
