It Specialist

IT Specialist:

ABICOR Binzel USA, Inc. is recruiting for a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Monitor system performance and security, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
• Maintain documentation and provide training to employees on IT policies and procedures.
• Lead and coordinate projects from inception to completion, identifying optimal solutions and implementing effective strategies.
• Ensure meticulous follow-through to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Exhibit exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.
• Experience with SQL databases and reporting tools (e.g., SQL Server, Power BI) is desired.
