Junior It Specialist

As a Junior IT Specialist, the primary responsibilities of this role include providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, and managing network and system administration tasks. This position will require a strong understanding of IT systems and applications, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Junior IT Specialist include:

• Providing technical support to end users through phone, email, or remote assistance
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Installing and configuring software applications and network equipment
• Performing system upgrades and maintenance tasks
• Managing user accounts and permissions on various IT systems
• Monitoring and maintaining network security and data protection measures
• Assisting with IT asset management and inventory tracking
• Collaborating with other IT team members on projects and initiatives
• Documenting IT processes and procedures for reference and training purposes

The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong technical background in IT support and administration, as well as a relevant degree in computer science or a related field. Candidates must also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

In addition, candidates must be residents of the United States and have the legal right to work in the country.
