We are looking for a IT Help Desk / Service Technician to join our technical team. Your role is to resolve all the queries of customers regarding technical issues and provide the best possible results on phone, email, and on-site. You are responsible to provide customer services and technical services to our clients in the best possible way. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills plus proficient knowledge of technical procedures are the key requirements for this role. Knowledge of servers and networking is required.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and complaints.
- Provide adequate solutions to technical issues.
- Troubleshoot technical inadequacies by obtaining required information from the customer over phone, email or on-site.
- Report the difficult or complex issues to the Sr. IT Technical Manager.
- Provide excellent customer service to the clients.
- Follow up with the customers regularly.
- Maintain the record of common issues related to customer complaints and report them to higher management.
- Determine potential issues and resolve them beforehand.
- Suggest improvements on procedures.

Requirements
- Proven experience of working in the IT Field.
- Hands-on experience in resolving technical issues.
- Hardware knowledge on replacing computer parts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Team management skills.
- Own transportation required.
- Knowledge of Windows & Apple is a plus.
- Customer service experience required.
- Must have excellent root-cause assessment, troubleshooting, and remediation skills for the full scope of local and WAN network issues.
- Ability to thoroughly analyze, test, document, and modify desktop and network infrastructure, procedures, and configuration
- Willing to learn a wide variety of new technologies
- Commitment to providing the best customer service.
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends if needed. (For Emergencies)
- Travel required for on-site appointments. Own vehicle is required!
- Experience with network devices such as routers and switches.
- Experience with wireless access points and wireless devices.
- Experience with local and network printer troubleshooting and repair.
- Support a wide variety of desktops and laptops including parts replacement and warranty service
- Ability to support Microsoft Office 2010 to 2021 as well as Office 365
- Ability to support Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop operating systems
Bonus Points
- Server & Network experience required.
- Windows 2012/2016/2019+ server and Active Directory experience.
- Desktop imaging using different products.
- Proficient with network cabling, installation, patch panels, etc.
