Imagine Staffing is recruiting for an IT Service Desk Coordinatoron behalf of our partner, one of the largest and most successful hospitality companies in the world! This is a contingent position in the Buffalo, NY area offering competitive pay of $23 - $25 per hour and a dynamic work culture!
Primary Functions & Responsibilities
Tasks That Will Lead You to Success
- Assist in the procurement of end user hardware (laptops & accessories such as monitor, keyboard/mouse) through our preferred supplier CDW.
- Image all hardware per company specs and deploy to the end user which may include shipping to a home or work address.
- May assist with Service Desk problem resolution for issues with hardware, applications, assist with incident response. This may include work on the phone.
Requirements & Qualifications
Skills/Experience That Will Help You Thrive in This Role
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of related experience supporting windows based laptops, mobile devices (iPad, iPhone), knowledge of Office 365 including Teams and Teams conferencing, Active Directory.
- Must have knowledge of network devices
- Experience with a ticketing system is required
- ServiceNow preferred. Experience with a knowledge base, Confluence preferred.
