Job Description
- Assist in the procurement of end user hardware (laptops & accessories such as monitor, keyboard/mouse) through our preferred supplier CDW.
- Image all hardware per company specs and deploy to the end user which may include shipping to a home or work address.
- May assist with Service Desk problem resolution for issues with hardware, applications, assist with incident response. This may include work on the phone.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of related experience supporting windows based laptops, mobile devices (iPad, iPhone), knowledge of Office 365 including Teams and Teams conferencing, Active Directory.
- Must have knowledge of network devices
- Experience with a ticketing system is required
- ServiceNow preferred. Experience with a knowledge base, Confluence preferred.
