The expected salary range for this position is between $66K and $95K. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).

Kearney & Company is currently seeking an IT Senior Analyst to join our team! This individual will support Senior Managers and assume responsibility to manage an assigned team and execute the audit plan. They will assist with the development of audit and testing plans, provide technical knowledge, and work individually and on teams to support the completion of specific tasks within time and budget constraints, and interface with government personnel on a day-to-day basis. In addition, the IT Senior Analyst will apply their expertise to the practical issues they identify or those presented by the government, as well as help more senior individuals formulate solutions; prepare deliverables and documentation, and support presentations and client meetings. This individual will direct the work of subordinates and review work papers and reports for accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in appropriate technical field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience auditing information systems or providing IT audit readiness
- One (1) year of audit information systems or providing IT audit readiness experience can be substituted with a CISA certification
- Must have an active Secret Clearance at minimum to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)
