Responsibilities:
- Implementation and maintain security solutions using Microsoft Intune, Linux, and Fortinet firewall optimization technologies.
- Conduct regular assessments of the organization's security infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration and operation of security solutions.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding security-related matters.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including conducting investigations and implementing remediation measures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of cybersecurity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Security Contractor or similar role, with expertise in Microsoft Intune, Linux, and Fortinet firewall optimization.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles, protocols, and technologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards, frameworks, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex security issues and propose effective solutions.
- Good understanding of cloud security concepts and methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are all a plus to have.
