What you’ll do
The Security Analyst II will provision and deprovision access as well as be responsible for identifying and handling security incidents. The ideal person may also serve as a technical lead on functional teams and/or projects ensuring quality and timely delivery of Security Service Delivery services.
You will have experience in provisioning/deprovisioning user access, as well as experience handling security incidents. Should be proficient in providing, modifying and deprovisioning access to global applications. You will work with multiple technology platforms and interface with other groups within IT Cyber Security Operations, offshore partners, and other technology and business functions. The Security Analyst II will also perform root cause analysis of low to moderately complex security issues and determine the best course of action to remedy these problems, and will also provide guidance and training to more junior associates.

This person will have strong analytical skills, the ability to determine the root cause of incidents, and see that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Successful candidates will have:
- Intermediate level understanding of computer security concepts including Identity & Access Management, Application Security, and Incident Management/Problem Management
- 2+ Years in IT Security environment / IT Service Delivery / IT Quality Assurance Experience
- Strong deductive reasoning and critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate knowledge of tools and products used in day-to-day performance of job responsibilities (e.g., Active Directory, SailPoint, Applications)
- Familiar with IT Regulations, PCI/Sarbanes-Oxley/Mass Privacy laws
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
