What you’ll do
As a Senior Identity and Access Management Analyst you will be driving & improving the experience of using and integrating with Identity and Access Management services at TJX. You’ll look across TJX’s IAM tech stack and identify opportunities to enhance our services that we offer to the rest of the organization. You will help us build out and execute a service that is designed to help technology owners understand where they have opportunities to drive improvements in the end user experience and security of their IAM implementations. You will design and continuously improve our system for evaluation and prioritization to drive the greater success of IAM adoption at the company. Through internal IAM efforts and partnership on projects with other organizations and teams, you will help TJX enhance our technology capabilities for IAM, our security posture, and our end user experience.
What you’ll need
We look to find creative, passionate, and collaborative IT professionals to join our IT Security team. Open mindedness, as well as strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are key contributors to success. You’ll bring to the table your expertise in current Identity and Access Management practices and be able to use that knowledge to partner and find success in your work and relationships with our partners in the business and IT.
- Demonstrated knowledge of IAM concepts such as Authentication, Authorization, Life Cycle Management and Access Provisioning
- Ability to contribute to the development of workflows, role-based access, system configuration, as well as support and optimization of IAM procedures for a large global organization
- Experience in partnering and advocating IAM best practices across different organizations like Solution Delivery, Security, and Infrastructure teams
Successful candidates will have:
- 5-7+ years of IAM experience is a must have.
- Strong communication & presentation skills, with an emphasis on “reading the room” on when to be more technical or business friendly
- Skills in performing root cause analysis, triaging problems identified in processes or application configurations, and driving improvements in the performance and scalability of IAM services and tools
- Prior experience operating in a hybrid cloud / on prem identity environment
- Strong data analytical skills using tools such as PowerBI, SQL, and/or Excel
