Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end project management process, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure the successful implementation of Omni Retirement software and the seamless migration of plans and participants.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Solution Architects to develop proof of concepts (POCs) and strategic plans within the Retirement Omni space. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
3. Resource Management: Manage project resources, including team members and external vendors, to ensure the project is properly staffed and resourced for success.
4. Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure that the project remains on track and within scope.
5. Budget Oversight: Manage the project budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective project execution.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
* Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a focus on software implementations and data migration projects.
* In-depth knowledge of Omni Retirement software and experience with at least one Omni product (e.g., Omni DC, Omni Pay, Omni Trade, Omni DVW, Omni Workflow).
* Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Background in Retirement solutions is highly desirable.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
