Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex projects, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that they are regularly updated throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project goals, objectives, and status to all stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and external partners.
- Develop and implement project risk management plans, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned and working towards the same project goals.
- Ensure that all project documentation is completed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Manage project change requests, scope changes, and issue resolution, and ensure that they are implemented in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Participate in the development of project management processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Hospital or related experience required
- 5 years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale and complex projects.
- PMP certification is desired
