Founded by chef David Chang, Momofuku’s mission is to challenge the conventions of food - in restaurants and beyond. We launched our line of Asian pantry essentials in 2020 to bring restaurant flavors to home cooks everywhere. Since then, we have grown our team to more than 10 employees and our products can now be found nationwide – from our owned ecommerce marketplace to the shelves at grocery stores like Whole Foods and Wegmans.
The IT Project Manager is a bi-functional role that is responsible for ensuring successful completion of all IT-related initiatives, including but not limited to: platforms/system rollouts, onboarding new vendors, tracking IT projects, as well as actively contributing to the IT team through reporting and general support.
Compensation Band: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful delivery of all IT-related initiatives - on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with team leads in Operations, Direct-To-Consumer Growth, Sales, and Finance to develop and deliver plans for projects of all sizes.
- Report internally and externally on project timelines, KPIs, risks, and requirements - construct communication for a variety of different audiences, including senior leadership, peers, and team leaders.
- Work with IT leadership on reporting team KPIs across the corporate team.
- Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data.
- Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
- Test business processes and recommend improvements.
- Serve as an extension of the in-house support team, willing to jump in and help with support tickets and small projects.
- Develop and maintain a detailed master plan of all technology department projects, from small to large. Execute this plan in Jira.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Liaising between internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful completion of large projects.
- Speak on behalf of the IT department in interdepartmental meetings.
Skills & Required Qualifications
- 2+ years technical team leadership
- 2+ years project management experience
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to leadership and stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and stay on top of every initiative in the IT department
- Scrum leader (or equivalent) in Jira
- Software: Jira, Asana, Netsuite, Sharepoint, Jamf
- Expert fluency in PCs and Macs (we are a mixed-platform shop)
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification
- Scrum Master / Extensive experience in Agile methodology
- 2+ years experience working with ERP systems, Netsuite preferred
- Strong technical understanding of systems architecture, security, applications and how systems interface with each other
- A proven track record of dependability and a continuous focus on learning and development
