Basic Requirements:
Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate. For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. The employing agency is responsible for identifying the specific level of proficiency required for each competency at each grade level based on the requirements of the position being filled.

- Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
- experience managing iterative product development from conception to completion including leveraging data and feedback from stakeholders and end users
- experience identifying and tracking metrics and user satisfaction to measure performance, assess risks, and inform functionality and prioritization of products and/or services
- experience coordinating and facilitating ongoing activities (e.g., meetings, briefings) to establish shared vision, buy-in, identify solutions, and ensure strategic alignment across a variety of stakeholders
- experience collaborating with others to balance and prioritize product and/or service needs to meet overall requirements and constraints to achieve shared outcomes
- and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an iterative approach to deliver products and/or services.
