EchoStar has an exciting opportunity for IT Project Manager in our Hughes Network Systems division. This position is located at our Germantown, MD office.
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of technical programs/projects from inception through completion and lead project teams from launch to deployment.
• Manage Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) implementation process. Lead projects for consumer satellite internet subscription business, including technical deployment, business systems software rollouts, and field services.
• Act as primary customer contact for program activities.
• Establish milestones and monitor progress. Identify program problems and obtain solutions.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related field plus 12 months' experience in technical project and program management.
• Experience must include 12 months in each of the following: Product/service management; Global cross-functional team leadership; Strategic planning; JIRA; Confluence; MS Project; Tableau; Salesforce; and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Scrum Master Certification required..

Will be eligible for discretionary bonus, with funding based on company performance.
