Floater / Equipment Operator

Crush-It, Inc. is a custom concrete and asphalt recycling provider in business since 2002. Family-owned and operated, all employees are treated as a member of our family. The company has continued to grow into multiple states over the last 17 years and we are looking for career-minded individuals to grow with us. We are looking for a loader operator to help us manage our local recycle yards. Applicant must also have a clean driving record and be able to occasionally use a company vehicle to pick up and deliver parts.

Loader Operator Responsibilities:

Daily/weekly inspections of the machine, pushing up rubble material pile and maintain yard cleanliness, load finished material into trucks and communicate with immediate supervisor on how many loads were taken.

Will need to jump into a loader right away so minimum of 1 year of experience required

1 week paid time off starts after 1 year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Heavy equipment operation: 1 year (Required)
