Salary```Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise the IT department, including network support, office support, and help desk functions
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability
- Oversee network engineering activities, including the design, installation, and maintenance of network infrastructure
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements and upgrades
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to IT systems
Qualifications:
-Must have at least 5 years community bank IT Officer experience
-Banking IT regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with IT risk assessment , vendor management
