To provide full organizational support across all divisions with the development, implementation, and maintenance of all I.T. related tasks resulting in consistent workflows and leading continuous improvement.
Functional Responsibilities
- Provide I.T. organizational oversight to all operational teams.
- Installation, maintenance, and configuration of workspaces.
- Ensuring the structure of safety/security protocols and proper data backups.
- Device setup and troubleshooting such as printers, keyboards, routers, smart devices, etc.
- Assist in the functional enhancement of the company’s internally created project management platform by collaborating with users and offshore programmers.
- Maintaining and repairing the company’s network for errors, malfunctioning equipment, etc.
- Record retention and upkeep to include network configurations, machine specifications, problems & solutions, etc.
- Troubleshooting basic network issues and seeking escalations as needed.
- Sourcing, evaluating, and presenting to leadership on external applications or development of in-house applications to enhance functionality across the organization using collaborative methods.
- Maintaining intercompany equipment asset delegation.
- Collaborate with external 3rd party programmers and vendors in the development and maintenance of system platforms.
- Assist management in creation of training materials pertaining to software functions and new applications.
- Webpage and social media account maintenance.
- Research and continuous improvement for best practices driving process improvement.
- New Hire Onboarding (Includes loading of applications, equipment assignments and setups, registration of software, etc.
- Lead organizational IT System Training Annually and on an as needed basis.
- Work with individual team members to understand business processes and best support business needs.
- Conduct routine System and Use Analysis to correct processes and minimize errors.
- Provide overall business support to DSGH Team and partake in any additional special projects as they arise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.82 per hour
