Job description

We are looking for a competent Customer Success Manager to help with the organization and success of the services we deliver to our clients. The ideal candidate will be a highly-organized professional able to undertake a variety of organizational tasks as well as coordinating and communication with clients. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

This role is designed to help manage our client's experience and verify we are providing the best possible solutions, relationships and allowing our clients to get the most out of working with our team.

This role will include:

- Managing client relationships and performing client checkups to evaluate our team's success and collect feedback.

- Lead new client onboarding and setup to get clients off on the best foot possible.

- Write documentation for team members to follow to perform specific software tasks.

- Support in new client verification and qualifications.

- Assist clients in fully utilizing company systems and solutions.

- Coordinate with other all departments to ensure compliance with established policies.

- Meeting with clients to determine needs (most of the time technical) and aligning them with solutions we offer.

Job Requirements:

- High attention to detail and desire to make sure all activities are accurately fulfilled

- Proven experience interacting with small business clients.

- Knowledge of basic IT systems, terminologies and processes.

- Working knowledge of computer and technology equipment.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with Apple computers

- A desire to help people
