A Sneak Peek of Your Role

As an IT Manager at our fully remote SaaS company, you will spearhead the management and strategic direction of our internal IT infrastructure. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, overseeing technology migrations, and implementing cutting-edge security practices. You'll lead a team dedicated to maintaining a robust, secure IT environment that supports our company's growth and innovation.

What You’ll Do ‍

• Strategic IT Planning: Develop and execute a strategic IT plan that aligns with the company's objectives, focusing on scalability and security.
• Team Leadership: Manage and scale the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Technology Management: Oversee the provisioning, maintenance, and security of all IT equipment and software, ensuring tools and systems meet company needs.
• Vendor and Migration Management: Lead migrations from third-party vendors to preferred platforms, negotiating contracts and managing relationships.
• Authentication and Security: Implement and maintain SSO and SAML-based authentication, ensuring all applications and systems comply with role-based security models.
• Policy Development: Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, including disaster recovery plans and compliance with data protection laws.
• Budget Management: Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement and maintenance of technology resources.
• Innovation and Improvement: Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and security.

Who You Are ‍

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and security practices.
• Proven experience in IT strategy planning and execution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with Google Workspaces and Apple ecosystems.
• Background in managing SSO and SAML-based authentication systems.
• Familiarity with role-based access control security models.
• 5+ years of experience in an IT role within a remote or SaaS environment.

Base Compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000
