Atticus Franchise Group is seeking an IT Manager to develop and oversee our information technology systems and processes.

Responsibilities:
- Audit current IT systems and processes and provide recommendations/develop strategy for optimization in areas including but not limited to:
- Vendor Management
- Equipment Management
- Store-level and corporate office IT related systems and processes
- General software and hardware troubleshooting
- Manage network security including antivirus, firewall, VPN, and OneDrive backup.
- Email Management
- Migration and integration of emails and other IT systems
- Domain management/maintenance
- Security
- Troubleshooting
- Equipment Management
- Device setup/onboarding
- Develop inventory system/process for equipment and devices distributed to local and remote team members.
- Including collection and disposal of equipment when appropriate
- Oversee and ensure completion of any needed software updates.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of other office systems and equipment such as printers, TVs, and conference room technology.
- Setup workstations for new team members.
- Data Management
- Optimize company usage of MOS365 including data storage and access to SharePoint/OneDrive Develop system for improved data backup and recovery process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems Familiarity with our software platforms including Microsoft 365
