It Infrastructure Manager

The Town of Natick has an exciting opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team! This position reports directly to our newly appointed Joint Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for managing and implementing the overall effectiveness and security of the town's technology infrastructure. This includes identifying gaps and opportunities within the organization to further automate and streamline operations, adopting industry standard frameworks to mitigate risks, and developing the skills of team members to ensure they can support the needs of the organization. In this role, you will also provide daily management and goal setting for the town IT team and demonstrate leadership while interacting with all stakeholders throughout the town. This position is Grade 4 of the Town’s Classification Pay Plan with a hiring range of $95,000 to $110,000; actual salary is dependent upon qualifications.
