As a Manager, Enterprise IT Infrastructure, you will lead a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to designing, implementing, and maintaining our server infrastructure, systems, and core services. In this role, you’ll collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our IT systems. This pivotal role demands strategic thinking, hands-on experience with AWS services, a profound understanding of server technologies, and a successful track record leading technology teams.
What you’ll do as a Manager, Enterprise IT Infrastructure
Lead a high-performing IT team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise server infrastructure, databases, and systems.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance of managed technologies.
Design and implement solutions using AWS services as our foundational backbone.
Establish and uphold server and system architecture standards and guidelines.
Collaborate with other teams to identify and execute opportunities for enhanced technology utilization, efficiency, and improvement.
Participate and lead in project planning and sprint planning activities, ensuring effective prioritization and resource utilization.
Implement monitoring for all systems with an incident response procedure to proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
Develop and maintain performance metrics to track success and areas for improvement.
Utilize Terraform as our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tool for managing and provisioning AWS resources.
Stay updated on the latest AWS offerings and related enterprise technologies to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and adoption.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in managing enterprise-level server infrastructure, databases, and systems.
Expertise in AWS services and cloud-based solutions.
Hands-on experience and leadership in the usage of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
In-depth knowledge of server architecture, virtualization, and containerization.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with project portfolio management and scrum/sprint planning.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $148,000.00 - $222,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
