Summary:
Responsible for supporting and configuring company’s computer systems. Installs, updates, and maintains Windows based computers, servers, LANs, WANs, Internet and systems. Maintains EHR settings, configurations. Generates reports utilizing Excel, Access, and other custom tools.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supports helpdesk
- Support day to day trouble tickets regarding hardware and software.
- Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
- Maintain network and system security.
- Identify user needs.
- Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
Desired Skills:
· Familiar with Healthcare IT.
· EHR/EMR experience.
· Apple/Mac troubleshooting experience.
Job Environment:
Position is helpdesk role for Healthcare business with many locations mostly within the Greater Jacksonville area. Onsite work at locations required. Main office/reporting location in Mandarin.
Requirements:· Experience 2+ years of IT experience.
· Ability to research and solve any issue.
· Technical ability to provide desk side/remote support for computer, printer hardware, network hardware, common software applications, and Microsoft OS issues.
· Skilled at problem solving and multi-tasking.
· Must have reliable transportation.
