Summary
Provides help desk support to users by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes the following: other duties may be assigned.
- Receives, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming tickets, telephone, voicemail, e-mail and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with any Microsoft product, Five9/Velocify, general PC, network, or printers.
- Resolves basic Support Issues, by providing tier 1 level support.
- For more complex issues, documents and escalates issues to tier 2 support.
- Documents and tracks issue occurrences using Monday.com.
- Performs installations, sanitation, modifications, and repairs on PC’s and peripheral devices as directed.
- Runs diagnostics and security scans on computer hardware.
- Maintain daily performance and security of computer systems.
- Provides on-call escalation, including on-call support for outages and critical events.
- Works under minimal supervision on projects.
- Displays proficient ability to solve problems.
- Is comfortable with some technical documentation.
- Oncall (after-hours) availability is required

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fluency in the English language is a must.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of IP, VoIP, Windows OS, VPN, Ethernet Technologies, Five9, Microsoft Office365. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT field.
