IT Help Desk Technician
Loveland, OH 45140
Full-Time Position
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 9am to 6pm (on site, not remote)
McCluskey Chevrolet is currently seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join their team in Loveland, OH.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve IT Help desk support requests
- Track all issues, communications, and resolutions in the internal Ticketing System.
- Create documentation for common issues.
- Work with IT Manager for escalation of advanced user or system issues as well as other projects as necessary.
- Support end users to address software, and hardware issues in a Windows environment as well as Apple Mac OS X.
- Break/Fix include installation, configuration, maintenance, and support for hardware and software.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record required for regular local travel to all McCluskey Chevrolet locations.
- Prior Dealership IT experience a plus but not required.
- A+(A Plus) certification is a plus but not required
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Desktop operating systems.

- Experience relevant to the functions of this job is required.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and thorough work.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and prioritize workload.
- Must learn quickly, adapt to change, and create solutions to common problems.
